In collaboration with La Transplanisphère (France), Fotini Dimitriou (Yoga Family Violet Alignment, Greece) and Sur Mesure (Germany), we are delighted to announce the launch of a series of yoga workshops in Paris as part of Lotus. This project is designed to increase awareness, mental health and new skills in immigrants and refugees through the transformative practices of yoga and poetry. The idea is to develop a method aimed at migrants and refugees, aged 13-30 , giving them the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills through yoga, storytelling and poetry.
From the 3rd to the 7th of June, the LeCAKE partners finally gathered in sunny Athens, Greece for a week-long workshop, hosted by the UrbanDig project / Ohi Pezoume.
