Bidonville (slum) residence, Paris

La Transplanisphère is welcoming the MinA company from N’Djamena, with the support of the Institut Français du Tchad (Chad). This research and creation residency brings together the dance duo Firmin Minayade and Fabien Koungo Nare, who are collaborating with choreographer Taigué Ahmed.

At the heart of this artistic initiative is a committed choreographic piece designed to raise public awareness about the realities of life in slums. The project highlights the specific contexts of Chad, while also drawing parallels with the situation in France and other parts of the world.

This residency is supported by the Centre National de la Danse (CND) and Tréteaux de France, who provide the artists with optimal working conditions. Many thanks to these partners for their commitment to choreographic creation and international cooperation.
